Each creation is designed to last for generations. With proper care, your jewellery will preserve its brilliance, structure, and beauty over time. Thoughtful maintenance protects your investment and reduces the need for future repairs.
GENERAL CARE
Remove jewellery before sleeping.
Do not wear jewellery during heavy physical activity.
Avoid impact or shock.
Keep jewellery away from perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning agents, chlorine, and salt water.
Avoid contact with abrasive materials or surfaces.
Store pieces separately to prevent scratching or bending.
Use professional jewellery cleaning products only.
Coloured gemstones require special care. Unlike diamonds, they are more sensitive to pressure and impact.
DIAMONDS
All diamonds used in Orrling Jewellery are graded H/VS quality and carefully selected.
We guarantee that our diamonds are conflict-free and sourced in accordance with United Nations resolutions and the Kimberley Process.
Diamond jewellery is crafted in 18K gold. For questions regarding your purchase, please contact your authorized Orrling Jewellery retailer.
CLASPS
A clasp is properly secured when the locking mechanism produces a clear “click.”
Some designs include an additional safety lock, which must also click into place.
If a clasp does not close securely, the piece must be submitted to an authorized retailer for service inspection.
LEATHER
Our leather components are crafted from premium European cowhide.
Do not expose leather to water.
Avoid wearing leather while bathing or swimming.
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading.
Light-coloured leather requires delicate care.
Dark leather may transfer colour if exposed to moisture.
Natural variations may occur. Over time, leather develops a distinctive patina.
FABRIC CORDS (SILK & NYLON)
Our cords are crafted from high-quality silk and durable nylon.
Avoid water exposure.
Remove before sleeping or physical activity.
Avoid contact with perfumes, oils, and chemicals.
Protect from sharp or abrasive surfaces.
Prolonged sunlight may cause fading.
Silk is a delicate natural fibre. Nylon offers increased durability but must still be handled with care.
If fraying or damage occurs, contact an authorized retailer or the Orrling Jewellery Service Center.
GOLD
Our gold jewellery is crafted in 18K gold and is 100% nickel-free.
White gold is finished with rhodium plating, which may naturally wear over time and require renewal.
Some designs are treated with black rhodium, which will also gradually wear with use.
For restoration, contact your authorized retailer or service center.
SILVER
Our silver jewellery is crafted in 925 sterling silver and is 100% nickel-free.
Certain designs are oxidized to create depth and contrast. This finish may fade over time but can be professionally restored.
ICON AXIS – CARE INSTRUCTIONS
ICON AXIS is crafted in 925 sterling silver and finished with a PVD coating in each signature colour.
PVD enhances durability and colour retention but is not scratch-proof.
Avoid bathing, swimming, or showering while wearing.
Do not sleep with the bracelet.
Avoid exposure to chemicals and abrasive surfaces.
Only use Orrling Jewellery ICON charms. These are fitted with a silicone ring to ensure optimal slide-on function and help prevent scratches.
If damage occurs, the bracelet must be submitted to an authorized retailer or the Orrling Jewellery Service Center for assessment.
Orrling Jewellery provides a one-year warranty on PVD coatings from the date of purchase. Warranty claims must be evaluated by an authorized retailer or the Service Center and do not cover damage caused by misuse or abrasion.
With time, the bracelet may develop a natural patina. You may choose to maintain this character or request refurbishment. Please contact an authorized retailer or the Service Center for assistance.
